ABCD Building
The Activation Area in Dholera SIR covers 22.54 sq km in Town Planning Scheme-2, with 72 km of roads and a planned mix of land uses. It serves as the administrative hub for the entire smart city project, featuring world-class business centers.
Dholera Airport
Dholera International Airport covers 1,426 hectares and has two runways, reducing pressure on Ahmedabad Airport. It handles growing air traffic, logistics, and provides seamless global connectivity to the industrial zone.
6-Lane Expressway
The 109-km Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway connects Ahmedabad to Dholera with four lanes, expandable up to 12. This project dramatically improves connectivity and reduces travel time to less than an hour.
